MULTIPLE HIGH-PROFILE WINS FOR EVOLUTIONS
Evolutions, Soho's largest independent post production facility, has recently inked deals for an impressive tranche of work, confirming its premier status as the post house of choice for a wide range of production companies and projects.
Heading the list is the renewal of the contract for the company to perform full HD post services on Top Gear (BBC). The BBC2 hit show has been posted at Evolutions since Series Six, and the new contract covers Series 15 & 16.
"We created a bespoke workflow for Top Gear when it moved to HD last year as it is shot in a variety of different tape and file-based formats and are delighted that the BBC has shown such confidence in its continued success," comments Evolutions MD, Simon Kanjee.
Top Gear is joined on the company's burgeoning slate by a host of other new production wins: Dinner Dates (Hat Trick for ITV), Face Jacker (Hat Trick), the second series of Gordon's Great Escape (Optomen for Channel 4), Karl Pilkington's Seven Wonders of the World (Mentorn for Sky 1), and The Crush (Box TV for Channel 4).
"We're delighted that 2010 has started so strongly for Evolutions," says Kanjee. "It's a testament to the quality of work that we do here and the quality of our people that so many production companies not only use us but come back to us time and time again."
