PRIME FOCUS POSTS NEW SERIES OF PIERS MORGAN ON...
Following on from the success of the first series, Piers Morgan returns in his role as a VIP access-all-areas guide, this time exploring the glitzy and glamorous locations of Las Vegas, Marbella and Shanghai. The first episode of the three-part second series, created by Splash Media and post produced at Prime Focus, aired on Saturday 2 January at 9.20pm on ITV1.

Piers takes in the spectacular sights, the kind that are normally seen only by millionaires, including the hotel suites with basketball courts and bowling alleys in Vegas, the most exclusive housing estate in the world in Marbella and the world's highest hotel in Shanghai. He meets the people living, working and partying in the cities, including Hollywood legend Sly Stallone and multi-million dollar heiress Paris Hilton. And he investigates how the global recession has affected these fascinating places.
Commenting on the series, Piers said: "I wanted to choose three very different places with three very different stories. Vegas is facing financial meltdown because of the credit crunch and may not even survive as we know it. Whereas Shanghai is definitely where the financial future of the world lies - an extraordinary city moving forward at an astonishingly fast pace. As for Marbella, it's where all the rich, beautiful people go to party - and a place where millions of Brits either go or want to go."
Prime Focus colourist Graeme Hayes said: "I graded the Dubai and Los Angeles episodes in the first Piers Morgan on... series so there was a similar brief - to make sure it looked fantastic and to brighten it up where necessary. It was shot very well and the locations are all amazing, and yet very different. You've got the neon lights and outrageous resorts in Las Vegas, Shanghai was more business orientated, while Marbella is more glitzy with the buzz of the marina."
