MediaBase is an exciting new resource for the film and television industry. It is a fully searchable database that focuses entirely on production and post-production activity in the UK. Whether you begin your search by production (film / programme), person, craft or facility you will quickly find at your fingertips a wealth of British facilities and expertise.
Use MediaBase when you want to know:
- What is currently in production and / or post-production in the UK
- Who did what, on which production, and where did they do it
MediaBase provides:
- A full production history by facility (this includes studios, visual effects, special effects, post-production, audio, camera and lighting companies)
- A full production history by individual
- Individual profiles for companies and creatives
MediaBase identifies:

- Companies operating within the UK’s facilities’ sector
